K, I hit my goal and the saurkraut in the morning, and clean coffee then after 12 ish to add MCT- C-8 and butter I did yesterday and I have never felt so much energy, and mental clarity in my life. Its clear I am onto something. Then I ate dinner but had a GF homemade cupcake with seed oils and a few preservatives and sugars and I felt like absolute SHIT! Absolute crap. Brain fog, memory completely off, recal, then exhausted. WOW. K, Ketones are the way for me......

Oh MY GOD!!! 133lbs. Man this things is yo yo city. As I am tkaing Yo yo actions. This weeks disciveries that have a deep impact on results and permenant change. My gut bacteria were destryoed as a child on many doses of anitbiotics hospitalized. That was the root of in addition to the trauma to many of the secondary illness's and injuries and emotional and mental health imbalances. The 2 area's I am struggling with for weight loss is phychology with restriction and bingeing, and the other is being unrooted, anxious in my body, pain in my hips and back weakness in those area's when training that I hate, low energy and severe, to moderate brain fog , ADHD and distractability. SOLUTION- fasting WITH clan coffee IS giving me ketone energy for my brain and I feel on fire AND when COMBINING THAT with saurkarut for my gut my energy, focus and productivity is really amazing. I feel grounded in my body, no anxiousness, no little to no back and hip pain and high energy. SOMETHING IS UP HERE. So becasue I feel so good I don't feel the need or want to eat anything (so far) I want to feel s=this great. But I am in my office all day so there tempation is little. Anyhoo those are the learings so far. XO :)

Got it. 134.8 so I'm going to have to drop AND Maintain 1.5 lbs this week! Good press to keep going.....

I'm actually 134.8 which is 1 lb less than last week. So I think I made a mistake in the weekly goals, but I'm going to have to get my mind with great intention moving forward as I cannot afford any binges as it puts me back to much.
