But I was ALLOWED TO smoke the 23rd so that wasn't a relapse, I'd consider this a non perfect day but not a full relapse, it was a planned once every few months smoking day. Although I'm going to make an exception in less than 3 months for when I'm at the casinos in Vegas.

I didn't officially start yet today, I'm starting christmas eve. I technically didn't do great today, smoked a few cigarettes(which I do very rarely these days, I'd say I'm a non to very light smoker) took some lorazapem in the morning for mild distress. But I just wanted to get everything all set up. The measurements officially start today(christmas eve)

I'm officially starting tomorrow - but i wanted to get everything set up today. I did take some extra lorzapem today(for mild distress) probably partially because I wanted to get it out of my system. I might have to redo a short lorazapem taper as I've been using it heavily the last few days - I was doing really well before but when I stopped my previous financial incentive(paying my mom $100 every time i relapsed) I kind of went crazy. I'm hoping that seting up this system will help me get accountable again. I wanted to donate the money to Trump because i feel even stronger about him than i do about anti-choice groups, but there was no option to unfortunately. Thanks so much for your support everyone!
