fwicks commits to:
I commit to doing my physio run at 8am every second morning of the week. This allows me to take some pressure off my day and restructure something that has been giving me troubles. I will reward myself with a coffee at Kofe Lab or palomas.

today I went early and it felt really good to free up my day and give myself space. Tomorow im going to go to the gym early

I felt really good about my goal today. It was an off day so I only did some sprints, but I am looking forward to tomorrow. I have also noticed how beneficial an early night is for me. I think my reasoning for this goal is to restructure how I view my goals, not so much as burdens and overly ambitios achievements, but more giving myself the best opportunity to achieve what I want to by understanding myself

Had a very big weekend going to circoloco. Interesting to not that my knee was quite swolen, but that kind of makes sense seeing I was dancing from 12-6.

Todays run felt really good because I gave myself space and time to do it, not feeling forced into it but understanding that It needed to be done. I feel really good after and hit 3;42 pace for 80 meters. Total, 5.5km
