Eat 10 cans of veggies a week. These can be any kind of vegetable(low or high calorie). Cans should be 396 ml and can be mixed veggies, peas, carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans or any comparable canned vegetable. The max should be 5 cans of vegetables a day.
Drink 40 cups of water a week. This seems like a lot but really only amounts to 10 litres. In a week my calculated water intake should be 28 litres at my weight. Max I can record a day will be 3.5 litre
