Eat on average 2500 calories a day, on a week by week basis. This means that if I eat less than 2500 calories I retain the calories for future days that week, and if I eat more than 2500 calories I lose calories from the later days. To make things reasonable I will commit to NEVER eatting more than 3500 calories in a day though, or it will mean an Automatic fail for the week commitment. To accomplish this I will keep a food journal to record the foods I eat and the approximate calories.
