I commit to biking 5 hours or walking 10 hours, or a combination of the two. Because walking is so much easier it will only count half as much as the biking. To try to prevent myself from leaving all the exercise to the end of the week I will make a rule that I will automatically fail if I go 3 full days without any exercise.
