| I've been following a plant-based diet (mostly) for a least 9 months. I was thinking last night (while eating veggie pho) that my commitment occasionally wavers--I've decided to bolster my resolve by creating a behavioral commitment contract with the goal of maintaining a completely plant-based diet each week for the next 8 weeks. | |
