kareiner commits to:
- At least 5 minutes per day. Hopefully longer, but I know at this moment that I can commit to 5 minutes per day, and perhaps not more.
- Not necessarily at home, as I have some travel planned coming up, and still want to do my practice. - Has some aspect of inversion practice in it. At least prep, and hopefully at least one inversion.
