Be in bed by 10pm during the week and 11pm on weekends.
"In bed" means lights out & no further smartphone or computer use other than bedtime-related tasks (extra 15 min allowed for texting goodnight.) Bedtime can be extended to 1 hour after returning home if the reason for being out was "unavoidable for purposes of work or family." A 120 minute buffer is allowed per week than can be used to extend bedtimes at my discretion. Additional violations (penalties) accrue at rate of 1 per extra 60
