I have a long-standing dedication to healthy eating which has grown stronger and more refined over time.
A diet centered around Superfood smoothies: Garden of Life RAW Meal, Vega, non-denatured Whey, Chia seed, organic freeze-dried Pomegranate & Acai, Pine Bark Extract, Chlorella and TONS of Vegetables topped w/ homemade Apple Cider Vinegar & Org Olive Oil Herb Dressing.
