yipee. dry weight 122.2. i like my new mo. no nuts sun thru wed. no carb thurs. u call it one night during the week. let's keep it up. better to maintain. better to maintain. |

dropped a pound. woo-whoo. i can't believe i've been at 126. now 125. but 124.2-8 with a bit of steaming. i'm aiming for a dry weight of 123, but honestly i don't know where to lose it. i mean, my thighs do need some work. do i have bdd? at kick box they rocked, in the locker room mirror they don't. sigh....
i know my upper has to lose before my lower changes, then i freak out and get depressed. and so the cycle goes. why does that scale hold so much power???? after running yesterday and feeling and looking so good, i had no doubt i dropped another pound, but i weighed the same at 125!!!!!
regardless i do need to curb my night eat...i cheated with a bit of peanut butter, and yes, as i am prepping lunch, i always need a taste...in a way to move things a bit, like the brocco i had to night and the burned eggplants i didn't want to go to waste... |

omg a 3-4 pound weight gain:
i was thinking it was water. maybe??? i have not been hitting the sauna as much, but i also remember telling myself to go for it...especially when i had those cosco nuts stashed in the cabinet. i've been eating more than i should...i know...apparently, it matters. now i gotta get back to normal. eating a huge snack plate is NO LONGER an option. my dinner is my main meal. i need to remember that. |
