| Working out at home with exercise videos around 3 X a week - shoulder kind of uncooperative when it's cold but helps to loosen it up even if all I do is walk on treadmill. Did one mile couple days ago :) | |

| so far so good - some days I'm sore in the shoulder but on those days just walk on treadmill :) | |
