I don't know why this happened, but then I don't know why you had this unfortunate habit in this first place. Obviously you have been almost entirely successful lately but I'm worried that you a gradually sliding back. It think it would be better to aim to leave earlier rather than exactly half an hour before. In general your commitment has been pretty impressive! |
