Walked on treadmill at 2 to 3 for a few seconds, ran at 6, was too fast, slowed to 4 and continued for 2.5 miles in 25 minutes. Great watching music videos.

Setup desk over treadmill on Wednesday. Ran Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday on the treadmill. It feels good. I seem to have more energy, and I'm more assertive at work.
