Hey There! Welcome to my journey of 20 pounds. I started this week doing the things that will get me to my goal of gaining 20 pounds of lean muscle mass. I've scaled back my work outs to about 2 per week, added some supplements, and increased my daily caloric intake. At day 1 I weighed in at about 160 lbs and now on day 6 I'm at about 162.5 pounds.
