Well, successful according to the weight I need to be at now to meet my goal in time... Holy cow that week seemed long can't believe it was only a week during which I lost those 2 lbs guess I did do pretty well hahaha. Hoping to keep it up and get 125.5, preferably 125.0 by this time next week. Want to be at 123 in 2 weeks from now either way, then at the 'only 5 lbs left to lose!!' point!! |

Not sure I'll be able to make 127 by the end of the week...Hopefully 127.5? Realistically more like 128, if I'm lucky... at 128.5 right now but not sure how the rest of the week will be... I feel like it's almost over already!! |

Okay, so I'm uncertain why my goal amount didn't adjust, so I suppose I'll just mannually adjust for where I should be given my progress so far (yay!) so by this time next week, I should be at most 127.32 but since my scale I think only goes in half pounds, let's say 127 to be sure. If I can keep on track with that, I'll meet my goal before my deadline and can practice maintaining! :) |

Ugh. Not a good Food Day today. As one of my friends would say, definitely a "Fat Day". Due to one of my other goals I decided to make (and for good reason!), tonight is my last night of chips, crackers, cookies..... for 8 weeks!! I don't think I've ever gone that long without something like that (scary thought that I haven't). I'm a crunchy-things fanatic, that's why! In any case, 'binge' on all that junk food was tonight--hopefully I won't regret it come Sunday's reporting time for this Commitment... Haven't been on my best food or exercise behavior this week either, so :/ We'll see how it ends up... |
