I weight 79kg. Changed up my diet yesterday. Feeling like shit stuffing myself everyday and I'm just putting on stomach fat, not noticeable muscle. I purchased a training program which I'm going to do along with weight training.

Weighed in at 78.8. Been consistently losing weight the last two weeks. Training really hard, guess I'm not eating enough. Tracking daily calories now.

Been eating less the last week because I started to gain stomach fat. Trying a new training program now, 4 times per week, feeling much better. Although I'm back down to 78.9kg. So I'm going to start eating more again, and be really stick on dried fruit, dark chocolate and anything sweet agave, rice milk, bananas.
