hollykaras commits to:
workout (at minimum a 30 minute walk) one time mon-tues, wed-thurs, and fri-sat. NOT on Sunday. In addition to working out i will do my strength exercises once in each time period too. I get a break if I'm sick though. I also commit to drinking at least 80oz of water (not including other liquids) a day.
