So far this week 2722 is at 100 percent with a 10 percent commission. We currently only have 4 associates with PPP sales and Service dollars. I will be coaching the 12 that do not have any and see where the opportunity is. I will let all associates know they must be selling at least 5 PPPs and or Services a week. We did have 0 dollars on Sunday, which is unacceptable. I must make it quite clear that we must have dollars everyday. Currently our WTD is $730 MTD is $3361 QTD is 11,952. Our goal everyday is only $140 I know we can do this with the right training. I must get everyone to participate. Holly |
