All is going really well in week 5 of my fitness journey!! I am down 4 pounds and have converted fat to muscle! I feel great in jeans that were just too tight! The diet is not restricting: I'm just eating sensibly, and performing physical activity, whether cardio or resistance training every day! Trying new things to keep it fresh: running hills, hiking trails, different parks, and different classes like yoga, piyo, and barre! I feel sore, but strong. Someday's I'm completely exhausted! I sleep really well. I'm working towards a candy free Halloween goal! It has always been my biggest challenge! Taking my personal trainer certification exam on Monday!!

Whoo, finally moving the scale dispite gaining muscle. Working out 5-6 days a week, and sort of watching what I eat. I do know that I will have to cut some things out of my diet. I will work on weaning off of coffee, and eating less fruit and more veges.
