I Drink my green smoothie as always. I follow my lifestyle meal plan. I did my heavy upper body workout, then my circuit total 3 rounds of 3 each and 45 minutes cardio...

I Drink my green smoothie with spinach, raspberries, almond Milk, vainilla protein and ice cubes. I did my leg workout entirely plus cardio.

I drink my smoothie in the morning with spinach, strawberries, vanilla protein, almond milk and ice cubes. It was delicious! Love it! I did follow my lifestyle meal plan and I did my entire upper body sets then my circuit I did 3 rounds in 20 minutes and 45 minutes cardio.
