My actual goal, once every month, when needed, and thinking only of myself In reality, 3-4 times a week, thinking of open all way through 1 week goal - allowed open 2 week goal - allowed open myself encouraged 3 week goal - myself 4 week goal - strickly myself Done ! Good girl |

I looked at my previous journal and I had made it to two weeks before, so I know I can do it , I'll just have to start at 1 week again, then two weeks, then 3 and so on.. May God be with me |

Unsuccessful More frequently now, shouldn't have listened to that music either Better one today, going to attract try seven days starting from today I've just been doing out of bored was now, there is no excuse now Next Sunday night is mature eight night !! Besides, uni will keep me distracted Fansize Jmie recently and more frequently Will try not to now |
