Mental exercise was not being followed as previous weeks. Lack of concentration or boring occurred.

Felt an improved stamina during exercise. Perhaps a pay off from past weeks efforts.

Physical exercise done regularly improved stamina can be felt. Body weight OK. Negative thoughts is not problematic during the past week.
