| Today, I strengthened words on Duolingo, scored 30 points out of 40. It is the 185th day I keep the streak, I passed half of year of continuous learning with Duolingo, but I am going to take it to another level after the admission exam. On Memrise, I reviewed 9 words and learnt another 10 to keep my streak that turned 22. I have finished a full German course this year, having some longer streak, while on the French course the site experienced different bugs so the streak couldn't be kept. But there was no day in which I skipped the course. On Idolbrain, I went around the bugged course and did two best history scores on some hard exercises and had a good practice with the rest of the games. At the start of the year, I experienced different sites that had mind exercises, therefore I found Idolbrain which is the best site with free exercises that I found. It has some bugs from time to time, but it's clearly the best I found. From the start of the year, I worked on brain games, so now my attention and focus are at a higher level than last year, but not at the level I want them to be. At Triviador, I won after having the most points at the end of the game, acquiring more than 70 percent of the map. At chess, I got checkmated after a long close match, but in the end I got tricked. Today, I report for the last time on this commitment. This doesn't mean I will not continue to keep my streaks and do the exercises, no, it simply means I already formed a habit that I don't need to report on. 27 weeks of continuous successful periods, it means that the habit is formed. After the admission exam, I will start a brand new process on Duolingo and Memrise so by the time I start the medical school, my level of french is at a point in which I understand it most of the sentences and I am able to have a minimal conversation. I will do Idolbrain every day until the exam as it keeps my mind turned up. I am proud of this commitment and I am sure it helped me develop my mind, but most important, I made a habit of stretching my mind. GREAT JOB! | |

| Today, strengthened, reviewed and learnt new words with Duolingo and Memrise, keeping my streaks. On Idolbrain, did three best history scores, outside the bugged course, having one of the best practice in the recent time. At Triviador, I was second after competing with a clearly better opponent who won the game. At chess, I kept going with a very aggressive player, but in the end I lost many pieces and he revived his queen. Keep on going. | |

| Today, continued to strengthen words and review words on Duolingo and Memrise, keeping my streaks. On Idolbrain, did one best history and a good practice outside the bugged course. At Triviador I won after having the most points after a tense match, winning it on the last round. At chess I won after standing up with good moves against my opponent, making him to resign for no apparent reasons. Keep on going. | |

On Idolbrain, did the exercises outside the bugged course, having one best history score and good practice with the rest of the exercises. At Triviador I won after I had the most points at the end of the game. At chess the game stopped with a draw, after a long match in which we took each others pieces. Keep on going. | |
