Today, restarted the week breakfast meal, introducing bowl of cereals and yogurt. It gave me good energy for the morning activities. By 12:30 am I ate a piece of garlic, sesame sticks, an apple and a cup of wine after 10 minutes. At lunch, I had a new vegetables soup, zucchini mixture with a lightly fried egg and some cherries as dessert. In the afternoon, before I went to ride my bike I ate an apple to boost my energy and I kept myself well hydrated for the rest of the day. This is the last report on this commitment. I formed the habits of drinking only water, eating a piece of garlic every day, drinking a cup of wine every day, double thinking when I eat something from supermarket, identifying the bad ingredients out of it, configuring my meals so I can correlate them with the workout programs, increasing the carbohydrates before the workout for energy and protein after the workout to help it fix the broken muscle, having a consistent and healthy breakfast meal to give me great energy for the day, eating as many fruits as possible and staying away from excesses. I managed to transform the fat mass of my body in muscle mass, losing just about 1 kg. Great work and great perseverance! |

At lunch, I had the same greens soup, the Turkish moussaka recipe of my mother and a lot of cherries for dessert. On the afternoon, before I rode my bike, I ate an apple to boost my energy and drank a lot of water for the rest of the day. Keep on going. |

Today, weekend day. In the morning, I had just one breakfast meal, a more consistent one, without the bowl of cereals and yogurt but with plenty of eggplant mixture, biscuits with honey and hot tea. It helped me through the morning activities. By 12 am I ate some sesame sticks, the piece of garlic and an apple. At lunch, I had the same greens soup, beans with a great salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and onion slices and a peach compote for dessert. On the afternoon I went to ride my bike and before it I ate an apple to boost my energy. I kept myself well hydrated for the rest of the day. Keep on going. |

Today, end of the week first breakfast meal, had a good one that helped me through the morning activities as usual. Same like yesterday, ate the second breakfast meal after the workout program, 50 g of textured soy, banana milkshake along with protein bar, piece of garlic with sesame sticks, an apple and a cup of wine after 10 minutes. At lunch, I had a new greens soup, noodles with cheese and some wafers for dessert. Before I went outside to ride my bike, I ate an apple. I kept myself well hydrated after it and in the evening I ate some sesame sticks. Keep on going. |
