1. Quit online games (incl. online chess & similar).
2. Do 5 races or events (5K, hat tourney, triathon) by end of period. 3. Exercise every day for 25 min (or 50 for very light exercise (walking/elliptical). 4. Spend 25 min every non-holiday/non-vacation weekday on 1 of 3 important but nagging projects: (a) Reserve mgmt (RJAG/LSC); (b) D.C. apt project; and (c) job search/career mgmt. NOTE: For nos. 3 & 4 above, exceptions are permitted 1 day per mo. + 10 floating days thru period.
