1) No computer after 9pm(unless school work or T25 workouts)
2) Meditate for 15 mins, read the Bible, or homework or a book at night if I get a sexual urge. If I fap or watch porn, I pay $20 each time.

Never mind going without masturbating for 4 whole weeks is too hard. Flashes of past porn scenes keep appearing in my head. okay new rules: 1) Before I masturbate, I have to sit down and meditate for 15 minutes. If it don't do the meditation to train my brain to resist the sexual urges, I lose the $20. 2) Computer wifi can only be used from 7 to 10pm (This means that if I feel the urge to masturbate after 10pm I have to meditate for 15 minutes and then masturbate without using online porn. But this will help me get to sleep after 10pm and not stay up late surfing for porn). |

I noticed the rationalizing I using each time I masturbate: Images of porn scenes keep appearing in my brain. Then I start telling myself these things: "This pain/sexual urge is going to last this whole 4 weeks. I won't be able to handle it." "oh my god. I can't stand these urges. I'm to go crazy." "I can't do this. I'll need to change the rules for this Stickk commitment." "Why am I doing this again? I want to glorify God by not masturbating. But who am I kidding? I don't have a strong relationship with God. I never even read the Bible everyday." |
