| Since my last weigh-in I have gained weight. Going on vacation to my wife's family reunion exposed me to way too much food. This morning, I weighed 71.6 kg. Lean body mass accounts for most of the increase but I did gain a little fat body mass, too. I don't know that I can drop the nearly two kilograms I need to do in the next three days even though I think that it is mostly water weight. Well, I will return to careful monitoring, reduced calorie consumption and serious exercise. | |

| This has been a relatively good week. Last weekend, I walked 20 miles in Yellowstone National Park. I think that it helped matters a lot. | |
