| Yes, I went to the gym on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I also started off the week good and went today (Monday). I will go again on Wednesday before mediation and again on Friday | |

Beginning on February 23, 2015 I will attend the gym at least 3 times a week. While at the gym, I will commit to working-out for at least an hour. I will track my days at the gym on my wall calendar. If I fail to fulfill this contract I will have to pay $50 every pay period to an anti-charity. If I meet this weekly goal, I can go shopping at my favorite Goodwill store and spend $50 there every pay period. I commit to this contract for 12 consecutive weeks. My friend Roxanne Rauch promised to monitor my progress and hold me to this commitment and obligation to pay an anti-charity if I do not follow through with attending the gym. |
