drinking soda only 4liters/week and 1 liter/day. After every 4 week mark, take 1 liter away. Porn only on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. After week 6 marks decrease 2porn/week then 1/week. Master bate only once per day: After every 2week mark, master once less per week. Meditate at least 5 days out of every week.
