I am happy to report that is exercised three times so far this week and it's only Wednesday!!! It definitely feels good to get back on track but after being sick, I'm stuck with this awful cough and it's been killing me during my workouts. I feel like I spend more time coughing than moving...ugh! At least I'm not letting it be an excuse and am pushing through it. One day at a time! |

It was an epic fail last week with exercising as I still was not feel better and really was affecting my breathing :( But I'm not going to dwell on last week as it's a start of a new week and I will put the effort in moving forward. |

Ugh so of course I get sick which completely threw me off track. I felt so proud that I was making an effort and being successful and the getting sick happens. It's hard to get back on track after being sick as to I don't want to over do it too soon. Maybe what I can do it my walking DVDs for this week to try to keep the momentum up and next week start back up with P90. I can let this hiccup ruin my plans and goals! |
