| So far so good. I have not received any communication from him nor have I initiated any. I have not searched Facebook, or driven by or near his home!! Woot Woot. It feels good. I have worked to re-train my thinking anytime a thought of him comes into my mind, to remind myself I am livung in the past when I dwell on him/thoughts of him and have instead thought of my life at present and in the future. I have also released him to his higher good. Today was/is a good day!! | |
