| Still working on reaching my goal. Making strides in the right direction but need to add more products in order to hit my goal of $30K/month in sales. Currently at $11/$12K per month in Sales with only 3 products. Working with my China sourcing agent to obtain a supplier for my pickleball balls. Samples were shipped out yesterday. Once received, I will send 6 samples and the paperwork to the USAPA to get them tested & approved for tournament play. I will also send in my paddle to get it tested and approved for tournament play. The paddle itself has already been tested & approved, but I need to send it in under my brand. My paddle is now listed on the USAPA website but it's listed as "Not Tested"...I want to get that changed ASAP. | |

Not much movement in my biz this week due to day job and major project launch. I recently was notified I'm being audited so I've been working on the documentation for that little piece of "loveliness" as well. Was able to get the new listing up for my energy drink. Shipped in 108 boxes of the new improved drink and all boxes arrived by Monday. Will be setting up an ad campaign to help people find the new listing. Started working on the sales funnel to start contact previous customers to offer them the option to purchase the product at wholesale instead of retail...get them into my funnel. Also worked with sourcing agent to start the process of getting samples for my pickleball balls. Contacted the USAPA for the process of getting both the balls and my paddle certified under my company brand. Ordered and received a sample of each of my tshirt designs that have been approved for my Merch by Amazon account. The designs are too big. When the shirt is tucked into jeans, you can't read the words at the bottom of the shirt, and the design is also too wide...it goes pretty much from armpit to armpit. Will be contacting my designer regarding having the designed scaled down a bit. Then I'll re-upload the designs. But I really like how the shirts turned out. And other than my sample orders, I've sold 2 shirts. Will be heading to Boise in a few days for the Branded Ignite Summit Workshop. Will try and get some work done in the evenings, but not sure how much will get done. |

Sales have been pretty good this week...and actually had some time to work on my business. The first weekend I haven't worked my job in a while. Was able to accomplish a few things this week: 1. Resubmitted my tshirt designs for Merch by Amazon, and it looks like all 5 are being accepted this time around. Have added the AZ links to my PInterest board and to my website. 2. Have placed 2 more orders for tshirt designs with my graphics designer at Fiverr. 3. Created new AZ listing for my energy/weight loss drink. There is new packaging and new formula so can't use the same listing. There is a 4 day lag time for AZ to validate ASINs for new products. Hope they rush the process as I have product to ship and only 7 boxes of the old product for sale. 4. Made the decision to take advantage of an invite to join Platinum. Excited to make the step up and move my business to the next level. 5. Signed up an affiliate for my MLM. |

Attended a Product Launch last Thursday for the enhanced energy drink in my MLM. The flavor is good. I should be receiving my new order this week. I ordered 3 cases. Will be working on the new Amazon listing. I want to get the listing up first so I control it and make sure the marketing message is on target. The one I've been "piggy backing" on for the last few months was horrible...and the product still sold extremely well. Encountered a MAJOR obstruction this week in getting my website launched....my day job. Been putting in about 80 hrs and worked the Labor Day holiday which limited my time working on my biz. I was able to find a bit of time to continue the needed updates, just didn't have the amount of time needed to complete everything on my list. Still trying to get it completed and out today...we'll see how it goes. I'm almost there...can't wait to get this done. Sales have continued to look good. Working with my China sourcing agent to get the Pickleball balls in to Amazon in time for Christmas sales. It's going to be tight. I finally received the document from one of my contacts that explains how the group she belongs to shares a sourcing agent. This doc is very helpful. I will be putting things down in writing for the group I'm putting together. This is a top priority but not as much as getting my MLM sales funnel up and running and getting my Pickleball balls ordered. But I'll schedule some time in the next few weeks to get this document down so we can start using it. As mentioned before, 2017 is going to be all about expanding product line and increasing sales. Slowly but surely things are starting to fall into place! :-) |
