The goal is to exercise at least 3 days a week. An exercise can be:

- Gym: 45+ minutes of cardio training (running, cycling, etc)
- Gym: 6+ sets of muscle training +2 sets of abs
- Gym: 4+ sets of muscle training +20 minutes of cardio
- Running: at least 5 KM of running
- Walking: at least 2 hours of walking and only once a week
