Starting tomorrow I will embark on my second Whole30 experience. This time, I think it is important that I focus on the internal components of my relationship with food - rather than focusing on strictly adhering to the rules and regulations of the Whole30. Also, portion control, and staying away from "foods with no brakes." Will be important as well. Even thought I am not committing to a full-blown autoimmune protocol, and am going to shoot for that. I want to walk away from this experience healthier, feeling better, and with a strong foundation as it relates to my internal commitment to living a healthful lifestyle.
