80oz Water Daily. Run/walk 3 times a week. S/M, T/W, Th/F. Strength exercises full set (at least 10) 2 times per week...before dinner Mon/Tues, Wed/Thurs. Exempt if me, Joseph, or kids are sick or out of town overnight. Day before or after overnight travel. High holiday days exempt.
