| Sign up on k9 protection with an email that don't need and install on everything blocking all porn and generate a password that you don't know and copy and paste it into k9. After that delete the email so you can't recover the password. The other option is qustodio, but you need someone else to sign-up in order for it to work. Also if your really serious install covenant eyes on your computer. It will keep you accountable. Also I want you to make it one week without anything happening. No porn, edging, bringing your phone to the bathroom, or looking at ladies on instagram. I want you to exercise a little bit everyday. Try out calisthenics it takes away a lot of urges when I do it. Pick up a hobby as well, it doesn't have to be an instrument it could be bring able to type faster or draw whatever you want. Replace your habits with new ones. Restrict phone usage as well. If your tempted turn your phone off. | |

| If you are feeling stressed exercise, that's what I do. If are feeling tempted distract yourself. If you are feeling lonely go outside and hang out with someone or just do something fun. If I'm feeling tempted when I'm in bed about to go to sleep I turn those thought away and sleep on my side. I noticed when I slept on my side I didn't have any problems. So if your feeling tempted run or distract yourself, whichever works for you. Above all don't think about it at all. If you want to change this habit you need to ignore it's existence. | |
