Following the suggestions in my morning routine Checklist of activities to perform every morning to start my day.
This includes going to bed early so I can be rested when I wake up early, it means I resolve to exercise every day (walking, stretching, yoga, Tai Chi) and alternating weight training and cardio. I also commit to reading my bible and looking for daily guidance, practicing gratitude and giving my cares, concerns and worries and even dreams over to God and listening for direction.
