d prio commits to:
a new iteration of the daily jumpstart & commitment. Previous iterations were successful at including more exercise and more walking, however we want to take it to the next level with actual gtfo routines where we get up immediately in the morning and go out, and don't let 'getting ready' or 'I have not sleep enough' reasons get in the way. The best way to avoid sleep schedule micromanagement and anxiety over going out unprepared, is I thing paradoxically to just 'do it' - start the day with a bang regardless of the previous day's circumstances.
Even if these routine brings nothing (unlikely) it should completely fix sleep schedule turnover and general sleep problems Reinforcement - MM success/failure physical calendar is I think a good idea. Going out should also reinforce positivity potential destinations 1. Nonna (+ yogamat & no overly formal socializing when I get there initially) 2. Breakfast place 3. Gym 4. Some random library 5. Breather space 6. Add more as you find!
