Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. 4 treats per week. Not healthy meal plus dessert equals 2 treats. Cream/sugar in 2 cups of coffee only. Exempt when April is in town, Date Night, Ben's Birthday or any unexpected Parties or Special Events.
Run 4 times Sat/Sun, Mon, Tues/Wed, Thurs/Fri. Strength train all exercises 2 times Tues and Thurs. Mon Arms/Squats/Lunges. Exercises before dinner. Drink 80oz water. Exempt if anyone in fam is sick or we are traveling overnight.
