1. Hit my fitbit goal of at least 22k steps and my nutrition goal 5 days/week. 2. I will eat a low carb diet Monday through Friday. 3. Eat the bulk of all my carbs after 4pm. 4. Plank for at least 45 seconds a day.

I might have to change the days from Friday to Tuesday because I work through the weekend and I walk a lot. My Rest days are Wednesday and Thursday. | |
