3 treats a week. 3 meals 3 snacks a day. As much fruit/veg as I want. 80 oz of water a day- 32 by 1pm. Swim for at least 45 min 2 times a week. 1 time Sun to Wed. 1 time Thurs to Sat. Go on walks in AL instead of swim.
