Do not oversleep when going to bed late.
Definition: getting up after 11am is problematic. But, not recovering after a long night is also a problem. Solution: If you decide to oversleep, don't do it more than 2 days in a row. That's when problems occur. Try to go to bed painfully early after a 1-day slip-up, as 2-day slip up will be considered a violation.
