I commit to changing my behaviors around my nails and the skin on my hands and feet. Because I have excema, I habitually scratch and pick at the skin and nails that are affected (usually because theyre dry and flaky). I will stop this. Stop biting my nails, stop worrying and picking at my nails, and stop scratching and picking at the skin on my hands and feet.

| Im not flawless on this, but I really do feel like Im meeting the goals I set out with. Its definitely providing motovation for me to change my habits, which is happening, although more slowly than Id hoped. I think it's worth it to keep trying for all 16 weeks though! | |

| It's been tough. I'm trying to re-wire my brain to change these habits, so Ive been trying to just not look at my nails or skin. Its hardest when my skin is dry or bothering me, but I'm doing my best. | |
