I will lose two pounds each week in order to feel and look better and lower my cholesterol. I will go on the treadmill three times per week and walk or do Wii fit on the other days. I will be better prepared for school each day. I will not eat after 7:00 p.m.

I'm scared! I have been sticking to my diet perfectly and this weekend my brother is visiting from out of town and there will be a lot of eating. I know it is my choice to stick, yet I am afraid I will blow it as I usually do after a couple of weeks. I'm going to do it this time!!!!!!!

So far so good. I ran/walked 3 miles on Jan 2 on the treadmill and have been good as gold on my diet. I hope I can keep this up, because I usually lose interest in about 3 weeks. I MUST do this to lower my cholesterol and look better.

I began my commitment yesterday, Jan 1, 2010. I want all these things but have tried before and failed. I hate what I look like right now, want to lose 25 pounds. I avoid mirrors when I walk past one I look away. I need support!
