| Possible fail on monday on tuesday but otherwise good so will count as a victorious week. Still no progress on not using phone in room but have become more conscious and removed charger which was a good move. | |

failed on vidya (moderately) and Fvids, though not BF. Especially failed on no internet in bedroom which lead to the others. New experiment: no internet in bedroom at all with the only exception being to watch videos |
