Earliest time I was at the beach is 6:05 am. I am successfully doing meditation, yoga with Dylan Werner in the morning at the beach. So far I am satisfied. My morning routine has became non-negotiable. I am finally having my quiet time in the morning. I wish I have my own transport for the next week as drivers are always late and annoying. I am still annoyed to and have fights in my head in the morning whether to go or not. Searching for reasons not to. But then I tell myself, I need just to get to the beach and can go back home. I also think what will I tell to Adam if I don't go.
