1. No seconds - unless you genuinely are still very hungry after first portion
2. Use the tiny-bit-of-everything strategy 3. Bring box when possible 4. NEVER tilt. 5. Always have breakfast after showering at earliest - if ya shower 6. Apple after each meal when available, then wait one hour before next snack.
