I have been doing better with portion control and running more! I can run just about 5 miles now without stopping....next week will I should be at 5 miles no problem!

Well I went on vacation and enjoyed myself and did not count calories..although I did exercise. I guess it goes to show you how easy it is to gain back weight when you are not making healthy choices. Oh well back to reality.

I was at 135 last week so I think I have plateaued for the moment. I'm still working out and eating right and hoping next week does take me to far off course while I'm in Vegas.

I have been very steadily losing weight. Working out has become a part of my life at this point and I feel tired later in the evening if I have not had a workout that day. I'm running a 5k on Saturday and hoping to beat my previous time of 33 minutes. I will update my results next week.
