Slow going.. sort of plateau information despite working out every day and eating about 1500 Cal's. Maybe need to sleep more than 6 hours or cut down on carbs?

Working out more.. did a couple Tom venuto's workouts, added spin class as shin splints are back. Eating generally balanced 1200-1500. I do think excercising in the morning is key to keep cravings and strong appetite at bay.

Had awful week. Binge ate all week to deal with emotions. Excercised twice. Not happy to be over 150 pounds. This is the most I've ever weighed.
